Product Overview:
The programmable bidirectional DC power supply is specifically developed for motor controllers, drive motors, and vehicle testing in the new energy electric vehicle industry. It is developed using core technologies such as four-quadrant PWM rectification, bidirectional BUCK conversion, and pure digital control. It features bidirectional energy flow, 100% energy feedback, high precision, rapid transient characteristics, high conversion efficiency, low grid pollution, rich communication interfaces, and powerful protection functions. It is suitable for preliminary research and development, final type testing, reliability testing, and product line factory testing of electric vehicle motors and their controllers, as well as electric vehicle powertrain systems. It is particularly suitable for applications with opposing test benches.
Bidirectional AC/DC Power Supply is a high-power-factor, high-precision programmable IGBT DC power supply. With full digital control, it features high control accuracy, fast response speed, and wide output adjustment range. It is widely used in fields such as new energy vehicle motor testing, electronic control testing, power battery pack charge-discharge testing, and power electronics testing. The system adopts a two-stage architecture of AC-DC and DC-DC bidirectional conversion, which can effectively stabilize bus voltage fluctuations during sudden loading, thereby improving the dynamic response time of the entire system. The AC-DC bidirectional conversion uses four-quadrant SVPWM technology, enabling bidirectional energy flow with a power factor of up to 0.99 and minimal grid-connected harmonic pollution. The DC-DC bidirectional conversion employs a multi-phase interleaved high-frequency circuit, delivering fast output response and a wide output voltage range.
