Product Overview:
LCX Power-WAC series digital compensation voltage stabilizer is a high-performance three-phase automatic voltage stabilization equipment.
Adopting compensation transformer and regulating transformer structure, it uses single-chip CPU digital control and patented machine-tool guide rail sliding transmission mechanism to realize stepless voltage adjustment.
Equipped with True-RMS sampling circuit and EMI filter, it effectively suppresses high-frequency clutter interference from power grid or loads.
The unit features fast response speed, high-precision voltage stabilization, perfect multi-protection functions and manual mains bypass function.
It can continuously work for long periods and withstand short term overload impact, effectively solving the problem of frequent voltage fluctuation on site, and providing stable power guarantee for precision industrial loads.

1. Advanced Digital Control & Sampling
CPU digital control architecture, True-RMS AD736 sampling circuit with EMI filter, avoid mis-operation caused by waveform distortion and high-frequency interference; SMT surface-mount technology for main control board. Patented machine-tool guide-rail transmission, smooth adjustment and high positioning accuracy.
2. Complete Multi-level Protection Function
Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, phase-failure, phase-sequence error, limit position protection; overload & short-circuit automatic cut-off; brush auto-return-to-center upon power failure; auto/manual power-on, 5-8s delay output; manual mains bypass switch for maintenance without power-off.
3. Human-Machine Interface & Communication
Multifunctional comprehensive display, support Chinese / English interface. Real-time display of input / output voltage, current, frequency, power factor, active/reactive power, electric energy; alarm indication for over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current and overtemperature. Dual-channel RS485 interface, MODBUS protocol, support event record and remote data transmission. Display accuracy class:0.5.
4. Transformer Material & Overload Capacity
Copper-wound main & compensation transformers, H-grade enameled wire, double vacuum impregnation process. Strong overload capability: 20% overload ≥60min, 40% overload ≥15min, 60% overload ≥5min. Each unit passes 72-hour aging test before delivery.
