DC Remote Power RT Unit
Product Overview:
LCX Power-YDY DC remote-power-supply remote-end unit belongs to communication base station & off-grid no-power-area series.
It is the matching receiving and voltage-reduction unit of DC remote power-supply system, working cooperatively with LCX Power-YDS local-end unit.
It adopts full-digital DSP isolated step-down topology, receives floating high-voltage DC transmitted by long-distance cable from local-end unit, and converts it into stable standard low-voltage DC for outdoor communication and monitoring loads.
Outdoor waterproof and dust-proof enclosure design, compact structure, easy for pole-mounting and cabinet installation. It has built-in line fault identification and fault isolation function.
Single-unit fault will not affect the normal operation of other remote-end units on the same line.
It greatly solves power-taking difficulties for scattered outdoor terminals in mountainous, pastoral and no-power areas, reducing site civil-construction and battery-maintenance workload.

1. Topology & Mechanical Structure Isolated DC-DC step-down topology, full-digital DSP closed-loop control. Outdoor integrated enclosure, IP65 protection grade. Support pole-mount and cabinet-mount installation. Independent hardware address, support multi-unit parallel access on one transmission line.

3. Fault Isolation & Line-adaptability Built-in hardware fault-isolation circuit. When internal short-circuit or abnormal fault occurs, it will automatically isolate itself from the transmission line, without interfering with other remote-end units. Support line leakage, surge lightning-protection function. After fault removal, it can automatically resume operation.
4. Working Compatibility Pure passive receiving and voltage-reduction unit, no extra battery required on-site. Match LCX Power-YDS local-end unit perfectly. Compatible with mains, wind-solar hybrid, battery-backup power-supply system on local-end side.
5. HMI & Communication Interface Local status indicator lights for running and alarm information. Optional external display module. Standard RS485 interface, Modbus protocol. Upload operating data and fault code to local-end unit, realize remote status monitoring and fault locating for each remote-end point.
6. Environmental Adaptability Natural convection heat dissipation. IP65 dust-proof & water-proof enclosure. Operating temperature:-40℃ ~ +65℃. Anti-corrosion treatment for shell, adapt to outdoor open-air, mountain, coastal, highway and other harsh field environments.
