Product Overview:
LCX Power-GDC flame-proof & intrinsically-safe backup battery is special energy-storage backup unit for explosive hazardous locations.
It complies with GB3836 series explosion-proof standards, adopting independent heavy-duty flame-proof battery cavity plus intrinsically-safe output protection dual-safety design.
Adopt lithium-iron-phosphate battery cells, built-in high-reliability BMS battery management system with cell voltage, current and temperature real-time acquisition.
It provides DC backup energy for flame-proof & intrinsically-safe UPS, EPS, DC power supply and frequency converter.
The battery cavity is equipped with manual isolation switch and explosion-relief structure. The whole unit passes explosion-proof, pressure-resistant, damp-heat and anti-impact tests.
It features high safety, long cycle life, low self-discharge, suitable for coal-mine underground, petrochemical and other gas-dust explosive-risk working conditions。

5、HMI & Communication Interface Local explosion-proof display window, real-time display battery pack voltage, current, remaining capacity, cell temperature and alarm information. Standard RS485 interface, Modbus protocol, support remote monitoring, data uploading for unattended hazardous sites.
